My friend who is a mechanic, said it is because my EVAP system is not functioning properly, Does the K-PRO ecu disable this? or is the EVAP independant of the main ECU--because I noticed under kmanager>error codes>readiness codes> EVAP says not supported when connected

The other day I tried filling ...

^agree, but quick question with the new tracing display. In the fuel table I noticed that 4 blocks now randomly changes (white to red) when connected.

Before I assume anything, what color represents which block value is being utilized more red or white?

Thanks

With the calibration, OBDII emission checking must be enabled for the S2000 otherwise you will get pruge related problems. Your o2 sensor is disabled, and the o2 voltages should be adjusted too.

There is something odd with the wideband reading, because it does not alter as you start to crank the ...

I enabled error checking, but I get a code of high voltage from my eld input. But regardless that is a separate matter, I've gone through 2 fillups with your recomendation and the same problem.

looking at my wideband, the intial start up is flooding my car. after 10-15 cranks it finally "catches ...

When posting a KPro problem with your vehicle, please include:
- serial number of your K-Pro
I'll edit this in later when I check it

- KManager version (not 'the latest')
1.3.9 but has also happened with previous versions

- the calibration (as an attachment)
- a datalog of a problem (as an ...

Fuel Tank Pressure? Gas Fill up and then trouble starting

I've been having trouble with this ever since I had the KPro unit installed.
But never really thought about it till today because I am worried the gas is washing my walls at startup.

Problem: Whenever I fillup at the gas station, I have to crank the engine ~15-20 times before it finally starts ...

gotcha 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 60% I have datalogs of them all.
I have hit boost cut with all of those duty cycles

What is the lowest fixed duty cycle you have tried besides zero?

The lowest I have tried is zero with my minimum duty cycle at zero, solenoid activation at 14psi (1.1bar is the wastegate spring). with those settings It overboosts and hits boost cut at 19psi.

This was done with the solenoid at ...

RE: " The values for this table must be set by using a fixed duty cycle (see Control Method) and noting the resulting manifold pressure."

Yes I've tried making my own table of Pressure vs Duty Cycle, but the problem still remains that when I enable boost control by checking it, the boost overboosts ...

Weird boost control problem

I've been trying to set this thing up but just running into headaches.

The odd thing is under boost control it seems like I can only control boost by disabling it. Example, I check enable boost control on B21 put in the fixed duty cycle I want to run, then I uncheck the box to disable it and that ...

S2000 Gear Ratio Calcs

Hi which is the accurate setting? when I load new calibration for the 2000-2003 s2000-ap1.kal the gear comp looks like this:

3.266 2.130 1.517 1.212 0.972 0.780 4.764

when I click "select ratios" button for s2000 00-03 it is different:

3.133 2.045 1.481 1.161 0.979 0.810 4.756

And when I tried ...

I beleive the lambda overlay feature you are looking at is for the values displayed on the table showing what fuel corrections you would need to make in order to achieve the target lambda value. I don't think it affects when short term corrections are actually made.

For example, if you switch the ...
