Ok, the power source is good. The ground is good (should be since it's using the s300 ground. So I'll take apart the harness and check the resistor. What exactly is the function of that resistor?

Ok, I will get another sensor. Strange that it worked for one minute then suddenly died. Is it possible my resistor between the power and signal wires failed or broke loose?

Ok, finally got a voltmeter that reads khz and I'm getting around .3khz testing between the signal and ecu ground which should be what the exu is getting and testing the positive on an0 and grounding the voltmeter lead I get as high as .85khz. either way, these are really high readings correct ...

Ok. How do I test the out out of the sensor? Would I need to use a voltmeter with the ability to read frequency? I am getting 12v at the sensor so it has power, but i will double check the ground for continuity. Maybe I will try a chassis ground rather than the ecu and check back in.

OK attached is my current tune and a short datalog run from my first night on e85. You can see input stuck at 99% the whole time.

Sorry, a surprise trip took out of town for a week. I will attach both tonight.

Ok, opened ecu cover, plugged it in, started the car. Smanager was at 99% and I understand plugged the whole analog input harness and there was no change at all. So with nothing connected the s300/smanager is stuck at 99%.

I can try that tonight. I will start up the car and pull off the analog input hanress. If it drops to 0 the car should just die since the Ethanol correction should pull 34% of the fuel out, but if not maybe it's an issue with the s300 card itself?

I can double check when I get home, but IIRC off my head it was 2.6.6 since I looked it up to make sure it was current.

No it does not. I have tried that and get nothing. So with no input, the ecu/smanager still says 99%.

Ok, I found my boost control issue, a broken ground between the solenoid and ecu. So that is back online and working.

I do not leave the ecu in the car when parked. So I plugged it back in today and restarted the tuning computer, connected it and reloaded the map. No difference in the signal ...

Just took the car out on a run and now boost control is not working. I'm getting my same 51-52% out of the pwm in my datalog, but I'm back at my spring base.

Now I'm 0 for 2 on my favorite features :(

I just upgraded my old v1 s300 to the v3 with boost control and the reliability upgrade and I can't speak highly enough about the turnaround time on sending my ecu in.
