According to your first post you tried a friend's P28 and s300 and it did not work either.

Long story. My car has this weird alarm installed by the previous owner. Its hooked up to the main harness at the ignition and the injectors.

I tested my friends perfectly working s300 and it runs fine.
That's why I wanna send it in to get it checked out.

My s300 was in another ecu previously. I just put it into this p28. The p28 was working perfectly before the s300 install.
That's why I would like to send it in to check of there is a problem with the s300.

Is it possible to send the S300 back to Hondata to have them see whats wrong with it and have it fixed?

I also forgot to mention, these codes don't appear when I turn on ign. It's only when I try to start the car and crank it 8-10 times without success, then the codes appear.

Fuel pump wired directly to battery
Hondata S300

My problem started around a year ago. The engine light would stay on when I turn the Ign on. I would have to wait 5-20 minutes for the engine light to turn off, then the fuel pump ...

I bought a P30 ecu and I'm installing my S300 over to it. There is an R54 on the P30 ecu, what resistor should I replace it with? What ohms?

Any more detailed on the fix? I have a similar problem on my S300.
When I turn the ign on, the engine light doesn't go off. Sometimes I'll have to wait 10-15 mins before the engine lights goes off. And that's when I hear the fuel pimp being activated and I'm able to start the car.

Is it possible to use P72's from automatic cars to chip my S300?
