Every time I download the smanager avg recognizes it as a virus threat and wont let me continue using the program. Any suggestions?

You are usign different injectors than that calibration is set for. Also they are peak and hold injectors instead of saturated like the calibration was tuned with. I would recommend starting from a stock calibration and begin your tuning from there (File, New).

well I just loaded a map off of the s300 and worked from there, the map looks like shit, there is a big drop and it's not smooth. The radiator fan quit working so it started to get hot and I quit, I am not a tuner I am just playing around to learn the software so take it easy on me :)

At idle, the afs are reading 10.5on the wide band and when I try to take out fuel in the tracer box that shows up it will not change.

If the second digit is a 0 it's a manual, if its a 5 it's an auto.
