It was the ECU. Some of the soldering joints broke/cracked. Did some re-soldering and she started right up... Thanks guys.

Had battery tested. Came back fine....

I was tuned on S300 last year. Car is a D16Y8 built block, gt30, 18psi, 880cc injectors... This year I decided to get the head fully built. Now I planned on running the car to get to the tuner on my last years tune. I knew I'd run lean because I am pushing more air with not as much fuel now ...
