Hondata

so i gotta go to someone that deals with hondata to activate boost function

so if my everything is installed corret and my ecu doesnt have boost function, i cant run turbo?
i need boost function to run it?

I have a p28 ecu with s200
on my 95 prelude vtec turbo
the ecu wont let me go over 4000 rpms.
also when hooked to computer the system cant connect
chipped wrong?
i put in old p14 ecu(non-vtec) and car goes to redline
whats the problem?
