anyway.

i did a 30 min datalog.

it was hard to do solid pulls, but i got some 2nd and 3rd gear pulls in there, to the best of my ability. it's about 30 mins long.

at first there is some idle
then a bit of city
then a merge onto the highway
then off the ...

effing awesome cranny, you probally dont get the thanks you deserve.

so, i'll load this in the am (gotta fix my alternator...got a new one. ugh. it died on me down the highway!)

so, should i do a 2nd and a 3rd gear pull, plus a long driving session (roads, stop and go, highway?)

i just wanna make ...

i know you don't owe it to anyone to help, but i'd appreciate a bit of help :D

im using the 2005 rsx calibration, removed the speed sensor on shaft option, enabled the option so it flashes the check engine when there's knock... a friend of mine who is good with kpro made a BIT of a change to the ...

got em sorted :D

kpro is sweet....

so we dropped in the k20z1 in!

fired up....

idles at 2400rpm solid, even after letting it warm.

and

2: kpro is saying over heating p0217

any help appreciated!!! im excited :D

yeah, i already don't...i have a type-s tranny on my a3 already....

and R is sooooo far over to the right, compared to 6th.. I don't know how anyone could screw that up ! :P

quick low down:
i got kpro done to my PNF ecu - which originally was for my EP3 SiR (canadian :D)

im swapping out the engine for the type-s 05 z1 block, but using the tranny from a 04 (which i have on my a3 block now, works great, no vss issue)

will there be any problems with wiring/sensors ...

the a3 is getting ripped out this week,and in goes the type-s..and turbo comes in 2 months :D:D

got kpro in

turn the ignition to ON

kmanager says ECU detected

when i load a config then upload, it says failed - but i hear my fan in my engine bay spin down while it tries.....

any help? something im missing?

so we're ripping out my k20a3 out from my ep3.

dropping in a k20z1 using a 04 type s tranny (to avoid using vss signal converters).

so it'll be k20z1 (pretty much the same as A2, but supposidly SLIGHTLY bigger cams, but not by much), RBC intake manifold, header, 2.5" exhaust, high flow cat, air ...
