well i just gutted a old ecu a min ago and added all the vtec hard ware and still get nothing from any outputs

i'm having a problem with vtec engauging, i'm using a pr4 s300 ecu, the board isn't enabled for vtec so i'm using a relay from the secondary vtec out put and have tried both a20 and a15 pins and can not get vtec to engauge. i've checked and confirmed all my wire connections and confirmed that the ...
