can anyone help

i have the datalogging usb to serial, and i have the datalogging program, i connected off first the on and i cannot get the program to connect

i have a s200 unit with a tune for a different motor set-up,i want to make this a stock ecu again, how do i put it back, i have the dadtlogger on my laptop, but i dont have the rom editor,what do i need to do...i need help asap,can i auto tune it ????how would i do that???

i have a jdm b18c 11:5:1 comp. je pistons eagle rods,stock crank,fully built stock head,jun stage 4 cams,greddy 4-1 header,aem fuel rail,410 injectors,adjustable cam gears set at 0,msd full ignition sys and coil,
