Spunkster,
I wanted to follow up and give an update on the resolution. Thanks for speaking to me the other day and offering assistance with your resource as it related to the ECU\KPro. As discussed I had sent my car to a Honda specialist shop down the street to checkout the AC for me. They traced ...

AC Not working Issue 2005 S2000 NEW KPro4
Hi there I have a 2005 S2000 and KPRO4. I turn AC on and the fans both trigger but fan clutch does not. I validated I can jump fan clutch and it runs as well. What we are seeing is that the ECU is not grounding the signal but we can upstream np. I have the following setup and wanted to validate it ...

Re: Kpro4 and PLX DM-6 Install US 2005 S2000 PRB ECU
I am going based off what Hondata recommended for what I am trying to do. I am using the wideband for tuning, closed loop rather than the narrowband stock O2. I believe there were at least in the past issues with digital for using the wideband for closed loop.

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
Yes this is something I had asked to be done as part of my note when I sent in the ECU and also completed the form with the extra funds to cover the additional work since there is extra expense if repairs need to be performed. Thanks for the information and I will reachout in regards.

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
HI there I received my upgraded to KPro4 ECU back today thank you for the fast turn around. I got it installed and tried to start the car and same issue. Car would start but it seems the ECU grey plug was not fixed because I can gently touch it and the car dies. If you reference the video in my ...

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
Ok I checked all the pins and they are all in good shape. Please follow the below YouTube link to see a video of the KPro killing the engine when I push on the grey ECU plug. I am overnighting the ECU to you guys so I can get it repaired and upgraded to KPro 4. Thanks for all the help.

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
Quick update I looked up how to de-pin the plug so just to cover my basis I am will de-pin the plugs and validate the pins condition as I agree a broken pin still could be an issue here to as its not always obvious.

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
Well I did a check based off the previously mention error codes. After further review this is what I found. I checked plug C (blueplug) and found that if I push it against the ECU grey housing the car will die. I can do this consistently and it seems to be related to the ECU not the plug. I did not ...

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
I agree these errors have nothing to do with the harness that you guys provide so I am good there. Thanks for the insight and I will track these down and report back since it is great to know what the end result is. Also are upgrades as simple as mailing in the ECU with the printed form? I am going ...

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
So I had the opportunity to do another test today. I read that if you disconnect the crank sensor and try to start the car then it may start if your timing has jumped or is set incorrectly. I tried this. The car did not start. So I reconnected the plug and the car started although roughly and threw ...

Re: How does KPRO send signal after initial priming to fuel pump
SO I am very interested in upgrading to KPro 4. Would it benefit me to send this ECU to you guys overnight with the upgrade form and have you guys first check it out and then if it checks out upgrade it as well? I would love to run a PLX wideband as long as I can get lean cut and be able to datalog ...
