Although you have AEM UEGO Wideband, your ECU needs to read from your stock O2 sensor. There may be more than one port for O2 sensors before cat. One for the stock and one for the wideband.

The wideband input from the ELD is for tuning purposes only and has nothing to do with the open / closed loop ...

1. Select Custom from the quick select combo.
2. If the voltage / AFR is linear you don't have to fill in all the table (filling in all the table won't hurt, I did it that way).
3. Look at the gauge and AFR in the KManager at the same time. If both are showing the same AFR then the Voltage offset ...

All I have is the following description:

+12 is connected to a switched power source under the fuse box with an additional fuse.

Ground is connected to the main ground. What I saw was a lot of ground cables connected to the chasis.

And the signal cable is connected to ELD Pin (E15).

I will take ...

How am I doing?

I put my car in open loop and drive to see how my calibration is doing in every day traffic and tune my part throttle.

In addition to that I do a third gear pull and tune again.

Can you please take a look at my calibration and datalogs?

I see a few -19, -43, -68 in my long drive data log and need ...

Can i just change the two ECUs on the Dyno? Will the ECUs work immediatly or need they a time (or 1000km) to work or make full power?

ECU's work in a few minutes (they need that time to learn idle parameters only not to make full power.) Otherwise tuners would be driving cars for 1000km after ...

I found a private Honda Service with engine modification experience (They prepare Honda's for racing.) and have them install an AEM UEGO 30-4100 to my CTR.

I am very satisfied with the accuracy by now and will be posting my calibration and datalogs in a few minutes.

They told me that grounding and ...

I would like to thank Hondata and CPL Racing for their support.

My issue has been solved a few weeks ago and I didn't have a chance to thank them.

I saw that, we are not alone after purchasing Hondata products.

Regards.

Can you please:

1. ...Put an option to save custom Voltage / Lambda Conversion Table or Just create a preset (Quick Select) for AEM UEGO 30-4100?

2. ...Fix the backspace issue for the same table? Backspace is not working in the Voltage / Lambda Conversion Table.

Graph Templates & Windows Vista

The KManager is installed on my laptop (Windows XP) and my desktop (Windows Vista). When I copy the templates.ini file from my laptop to my desktop (Program Files\KManager) I can't see my templates created on my laptop.

This is a permissions issue I guess. Windows Vista puts some files under ...

Be careful friend!

What I understand from the installation guide for Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio
Wideband A/F Kit (#7378) I don't know the model of your gauge so I picked #7378, those are both 0-4V signal outputs which means they are both +.

Never connect one of those to ground or you may damage the ...

I checked the installation guide for Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio
Wideband A/F Kit (7378)

The Blue/Black & Blue wires seemd that they are both 0-4V signal outputs.

You should connect one of them to the ELD PIN (E15).

You need to know what voltages corresponds to what AFR and enter them into Voltage ...
