I've loaded the calibration and I can see it in SManager, but I still cannot access the Online menu to upload it to the ECU.

- serial number of the s300 inside the ECU

Unable to connect to get the callibration, though if I do get this working my tuner has it.

@H22A_lude could you post the revised map after the fuel adjustments you made?

Would injector size make difference? Though if you had to ADD fuel still makes my one way off...

I have to admit the map I posted had a fair bit of knock at low rpm. I think I've fixed that now.

With the exception of adjustable cam gears everything stock

Injector size is actaully 290cc!

Last dyno 240bhp at the fly / 201 bhp at the wheels / 180lbft torque

In no way is it perfect, I think the fuel tables still need work. Happy to receive comments if there are ...

How did you solve the crank sensor issue?

Still running in the upper 15s I have patched D10 back. The motor is now running fine. Still in OPEN LOOP.

I'm confused, all I wanted to do is log the AFR why did cutting D10 result in the car running rough? Sorry if this is obvious question but I feel it needs to be answered.

I have no CAT, just a test pipe.

I think I found the problem. When I was identifying the D10 wire on my conversion harness the wires for B20 and C31 came off! :roll: I took off the harness and a closer examination revealed really bad soldering :evil: .

Harness resoldered and went for a test run ...

I've installed the AEM UEGO into the rear o2 sensor position, stock o2 is still present.

Before I get the "you should have bought a PLX not a UEGO" in my defence I didnt find these forums until now :roll: .
