SCS switched input

Is there anyway to disable the SCS from enabling the MIL light? I want to use the SCS to enable datalogging but it just sets the MIL on. If there is no way to disable it isn't it a pretty useless switched input?

Looking at wiring diagrams it appears to be a 12 volt input, however If you have any doubts, use a ultimeter to check to see if the witch goes to ground or 12v.

I appreciate your input but I'm not concerned about the brake switch. I am re-wiring the car from the ground up. Every wire is either ...

The switch is on/off to ground

test it

d2 should be ground to if i remember correctly

D2 is the brake switch input. So if hooked up normally it would recieve a 12 volt signal from the brake switch. So in turn would't it still need a 12 volt input if hooked up to the data log switch?

My logic might be wrong but I'm just trying to get ...

Questions on wiring S300 Inputs ????

Below I have given a diagram for how I am going to wire some of the inputs (OBD 1 ECU). I am not 100% sure on wiring some of the switches. My main concern is if the ACS is a ground or positive type input. Also can you wire both the high/low boost switch and the table switching together so when you ...
