Would it be harmful to use 89 octane in my reflashed EP3? Are there any disadvantages besides the -1 or so loss in hp? Just wondering since gas prices are getting so high and dont seem to be going down anytime soon.

K20A3 reflash immobilizer problem
When I first got my ECU back, the key light kept flashing and the car had a hard time starting/sometimes wouldn't start. After pulling the - battery cable/fiddling with the green immobilizer plug a few times the problem stopped.
