i just bought an rsx-s with a turbo k20/k24 motor running 750cc injectors. the previous owner had the car dyno tuned but who ever tuned it set the injector size to 450 instead of 750 in the calibration.

is there any way to correct the injector size in the kal. without having to re-tune the fuel ...

The fuel injector duty cycle is the percentage of time the injector is supplied with power. its calculated by this formula:

injector pulse width (ms)
------------------------------------- = fuel injector duty cycle (%)
time the engine takes to
complete 2 revolutions (ms)

So with the Kmanager ...

Target lambda does not change anything unless you are autotuning or you are manually adjusting the values to get to your desired A/F. You cannot change the target idle A/F.

Well yes, I am tuning for 13.8 in open loop for idle, but once closed loop goes back on, it adjusts back to 14.7 taking out ...

you might be able to use this .kal. if your at a low altitude, you may need to increase the overall fuel trim a little.
k20a2 9.0:1 compression
1mm oversized valves
t3/t4 60trim
750cc injectors @ 43psi
3" exhaust, no cat
elevation 5200ft

alot of people have had problems with those map sensors. I recommend using the Motec 3bar sensor.

make sure the grounding point is making good contact. if so check the battery. i was having the same problem. last thing i checked was the battery cause it was a brand new Optima. Tried another battery and stopped getting error
