s300 w/ boost and GM solenoid
custom turbo kit

wastegate spring is 7 psi, set the boost to 7 psi, but it doesn't hold it and boosts till the cut at 10 psi,

how do i get it to hold 7 psi?

i have the same exact problem. boost cut set at 10, boost set for 7, spring is 7psi. but it always goes to boost cut. got any other ideas? i tried normally open at 25% 15% and 5%
