my buddy recently got his car back from his tuner and it was running good yesterday. but today, his car sounded like there was a boost limiter or something. it would cut off around 4500rpm. it can still get 10psi, but it just cuts off and sounds like a rev limiter, but with boost. any ideas? here is ...
