can i just open a new calibration and set parameters and save them or will that erase the tune on the ecu? do i have to start a new tune to set new parameters?

hey guys i have a new crx si with a GSR swap tuned with the s300 J system and the original tune was done a different computer. I now have a different computer which i have already downloaded the s300 manager on, cause I dont have the disk. I plug the usb cable in and all i can do is data logging ...
