I checked the ecu pinouts and everything seems to be in order. Could my o2 sensor just be bad and needs to be replaced? My car is also running a little rich as well.

I just swapped a b16a3 motor with a P30 ECU into my 92 civic and my ECU is giving me a 41 code which is the Primary O2 Sensor Heater.
