Ok so I made some progress.... sort of haha
I took a short data log while the car was running. Here is what I found:
If I pull the log off the ecu using the "Save As" function the analog sensors display incorrectly.

Re: Analog input sensors working/logging erratically
I do have them set up as Numbers, that shouldn't affect how they log. I mean if it did affect how it logged i assume it would be wrong all the time, not working sometimes and failing other times. Here are 2 screen shots from the logs I posted before, no settings were changed between the two logs ...

Re: Analog input sensors working/logging erratically
here are 2 logs they are labeled appropriately.
immediately after the one labeled "Analog sensors not working" was recorded I power cycled the ignition and took another short log (which I don't have) while idling and all of the sensors logged correctly.

Re: Analog input sensors working/logging erratically
The only thing i can think of is if the car is rolling forward after the burn out when the switch is hit. When i tested the switch it was sitting still idling VSS at 0. On the dyno using pc logging I hit f9 mid pull and all the sensors log and display fine. I don't think the VSS could have anything ...

At the track is a different story, if you flip the ...

Re: KPRO will not communicate with laptop.
Let me get this straight
You installed YOUR kpro board into another ECU and it worked?
Then you installed another kpro board into your ECU and it didn't work?
That would point to your ECU sir, not the kpro board... Unless I misunderstood something.
Sorry about the mix up. Original post has ...
