no wires have been cut to my knowledge. the radio is factory and i dont see any wires out of place anywhere under the dash or anywhere else. i pulled 4 codes out the ECU today,... P1362, P1491, P0453, and P0720.

ok, maybe you guys can help me out here. i have an 96 honda accord automatic. isnt my check engine light supposed to come on when i turn the ignition on?? and then shut off after a couple of seconds when i actually start the car?? it doesnt light up at all. and my D4 light and on my gear selector ...
