ah, thanks guys. as far as the adaptor piece goes, i wouldn't need it unless i didn't want code 41 correct?

so during tuning, just go off of what the wideband displays? for datalogging i WOULD need to have it as an input to the ECU correct?

wideband analog input.

new to tuning and i just had a quick question.

when tuning, does the wideband have to be "connected" as an analog input or can i just tune using the O2 as an independent wideband.

wouldn't it be better to set cam advance a little less in lower rpm's?
for example.

low cam map
2000 & below- 20 degrees
2500- 30 degrees
3000- 40 degrees


high cam map
3500- 50 degrees

this way cam angle would be fully at 50 degrees at a little after the low cam to high cam map change.
