I have jrsc 10 psi cat header 440 inj intake ,check engine light came on the code is p1607 ecu internal circuit failure,what is this i have askd around and nobody knows,and it wont clear.It never effectd how the car ran just dont know whats wrong

It still reads the same .I put it on kpa and it read 147.8 that break s down to the same on 21psi

I have 2005 civic si ,jrsc,440 injectors,exhaust,header,intake,10lb pulley,cluth,lightweight,flywheel.When i datalog its reading 21psi at around 6300 rpm.I know this is impossable.Is somthing wrong with K-pro or stock map sensor.
