I have used a new o2 sensor out of box from acura , And same thing I put both 02 in another k swaped car no problem. 16.1 I think is fine at idle wide open throttle its 12.9 13.1 . But thinks you brought up a good point that I have not checked yet the relay for the 02 sensor . Im going to check that ...

OK I just got back fromthe dyno and the a/f on the dyno wideband was 16.1 at idle and 27.1 in the kpro. Is there something that may need to be checked in the Kmanager something that may be set wroung.

It is in a 2001 integra .
I had just tuned it on Type R cams about a two weeks ago and every thing was fine no problems. Im getting ready to put it on dyno and check it out in about a hr Ill have some more info see what the dyno wideband reads.
