i have a jrsc on an 05 civic si with the reflash, i want to get the 160 degree thermostat, will it effect anything if i go to the full stand alone kpro?

I installed a smaller pulley on the JRSC, 3.7 inch estimated 11lbs of boost, is the reflash ok for this? or should i get a stand alone. What is the smallest pulley i can install until the reflash wont be compatible?

i would get the kpro, but i live in anchorage alaska, theres 1 dyno here and he doesnt tune, the other shops here just make you drive the car around town until they are convinced your car is tuned. I thought the reflash would be safer.

i just bought the JRSC race kit for my 05 si, when i send my ecu in should i send it with the list of my other mods? or does it not matter? also i have a race pipe and it causes my emission light to come on, can i get that code deleted?
