Installed the t/b today, and what do ya know. Fixed all the problems, except that ELD Electronic High Voltage error still pops up. But it reads tps% and it drives fine now. Doesn't drive all jerky like before. So for the ones that have the same symptoms as i did, it is very likely that ...

Don't overllok the obvious - check the master ground is on the cylinder head, the transmission ground and the ground on the engine mount.
