any ideas to what it could be

If the ECU is throwing any O2 codes, (it's throwing low voltage code) will it cause vtec not to engage? I have a K20 type-r, PRB ECU. I'm stumped.

help please, anybody have suggestions or can check out the maps to see if that's the problem. Cuz the original did run great.

Do the maps look good? I'm new to this so any suggestions would be helpful.
