car warming up very rich

my car is warming up very rich..like 10.2 a/f. once warm it idles at 14.7. what is causing it to warm up so rich? it is running closed loop.

motor does not have a fitv. and iac is brand new honda piece.

ive tuned the idle to 14.7 already once the car is warm. ill try resetting base idle again.

using s300 on jdm b16 in 94 hatch. in the morning when first starting the car it idles at about 1200 for about 15-20 sec then it surges, not a quick surge but a rhythmic between 400-1000, if i dont give it gas the car will die. i have replaced iac, coolant temp sensor, coolant is bled of all air in ...

the capacitors are for noise filtering. per plx. and this was already working correctly on my old s300. the wiring hasnt changed. only new ecu and new s300. smanager setup is also the same. i know youre going down your list for troubleshooting and i appreciate your help. i dont want to come off ...

It is either wired incorrectly, you have the wrong input selected in the software, or you have the calibration numbers incorrect

wire from ecu to eld is cut. new wire with pin is run to d10 from plx. this worked on my old ecu with s300. but that was stolen. new one is also a p28, but when datalogging it ( a/f value ) does not change at all.

s300 and plx m300 = big idle problems

i just wired in a m300 using open/closed loop instructions. car sound's like its running on 3 cyl and major gas smell..any body.. plx display is not reading either..
