Sorry, the Mugen ECU is 1 sec slower on our home track.

I couldn't see the torque figure, but it seems Spoon still tops Hondata.

Chris, so far we have compared back to back with Spoon and standard ECU, the Spoon ECU provides better torque curve and increase 3.2kg/m, from 18.9kg/m improve to 22.1kg/m, which means better acceleration out of the slow corners. It is the CTR one make race version and we build from ground up. Motec is designed for motorsport, it gives loads of driver's data for the team to study, which I don't think a street car would need that.

Well, since my FD2R is a circuit race car, the regulations only all us to do minimal to the car. The car now running with Motec and ... exhaust. Airbox and manifold must remain standard. Suspension is wearing a set of AST Competition, Wheels are Mugen factory and Tires are Michelin slicks.

The Spoon flashed ECU 227hp result is to the driveshaft, since it is on a Dynopack. But I agree with you, not all FD2R is identical and I am sure Hondata will work on the K-Pro solution in the future. Go Hondata!!

Spoon pulls 227hp @ 8000rpm using standard manifold, and air intake but decat exhaust.

When you say "Dyno was done on a dyno dynamics dyno, so generally, hp figures are a little lower. ", how much lower when you compare to say Dynapack?

I am in the HK side. Yes, there are less Honda because of the pricing is not as attractive as Toyota and other brands.

Lati, I am sure they will work on it sooner or later! I am also looking forward to its release date. So far, on Spoon Japan has a testing remap running in their demo car. All else are still cracking the ECU.
