AndyE wrote:If you have an S200 system and ROM editor, you can set the A/C cutoff in the ROM image and burn a new ROM.

You can set the % throttle for cutoff/turnon as well as an RPM-based cutoff/turnon.

... to be more clear, the A/C cuts out way to easy. I'd say it cuts out at less than 50% throttle. Way to low for rush hour traffic in the Texas heat. I want it up above 75%.

Why can no one ever spell my name? :?

...not the hose... the plug on the purge valve... just unplug it and zip tie it (in a safe place). I went a step futher and sealed both connectors with black silicon to keep them clean if I ever had to plug them back together.

98' GSR with Moss Motors/Hondata cruise control not working

Was the cruise control on my 98' GSR controlled by the OBDIIA ECU, or is it's controler in a seperate module? Since the install of the Hondata S200 P28, the cruise has not worked... I'm wondering if it is a related problem or not... The car has over 105k at this point...

It seems to have worked... now, what adverse effects are to come of the purge valve being disconnected.

Ever heard of the cold start enrichment, post start enrichment, and cranking fuel enrichment. These features are present in the S200. THat I think should solve the problem.

My theory is that when you turn off the car, fuel is left or dumped into the manifold( on staged 2,3,4 HOndatas.). So when ...

Re: startup/idle problems b18c5/p72

O.k.

I spent enough money on tuning N/A b18c5 with p72,hondata, it performs great, but I can't get rid of starting problems. I run 370cc injectors with f.p.r

Lets say I start the car in the morning, it will start fine. Drive it around for some time, let it sit for 2 hours. Then, when I try to ...

Re: 2000 Civic Si/S200 starting problem

We installed an S200 system into a 2000 Honda Civic SI (B16A) and have a strange problem going on. The car runs perfectly with no problems, starts up fine in the morning (completely cold) but after you start the car, drive it around and turn it off for a while (lets say 30 minutes)it will stall and ...

As posted in the Hondata news: DSM injectors...

As posted in the Hondata news:
DSM 450cc injectors will not work with the Honda ECU - the electrical characteristics of the injector are not suited to the ECU, resistor box or no resistor box.

If you use DSM 450cc injectors you will find the engine difficult to start, and the engine running lean ...
