Any idea what is the optimum operating temperature of the K20A3 engine ?

In terms of oil and water temperature.

I am hooking up a A/F ratio guage. But which is the O2/AF wire to tap from the ECU for a K20A3 engine ?

I've recently plugged an ODBII scanner into my K20A3 and to my surprise, the water temperature shows 101degreeC and air intake temperature at 60degreeC !!!!
(Temperature Guage shows below the 1/2 marking!!!)

Ambient temperature at that moment was probably 26degreeC !!!

However, my mechanic recommend against it, as he mentioned that the throttlebody coolant act as a choke. During warm up, it heats the engine to reach operating temperature (by using a set of mini gear ...
