Yeah, I've always done it without the engine running. This was the first time it ever happened and hopefully will be the last time. I don't want to damage the ECU because of something stupid like that, that would be another big headache.

holy crap i thought that jump starter battery thing with the car battery would be adequate so i took your suggestion and stuck in another car battery and it started right up! Thank you!

Yeah, that's the same thing I thought with my calibrations, but after downloading them from the ecu and taking a look at them they look fine. I tried what worked for you and that didn't get it to start either.

It wants to start like I can hear it catch on and the rpm jumping up from the 150 range ...

Also, do you think I damaged ECU/kpro daughterboard somehow by uploading the initial calibration while the engine was still running? It caused the engine to shut off in the middle of the calibration and from there on out it never started back up again.

Yeah, I noticed the battery voltage was very low as well but before that datalog I had the Jump starter battery connected to the battery in the car just in case and it still didn't start. I did what you suggested and everything looks fine. It's basically just one of the basemaps for the rsx base tuned with 91 octane fuel. Here is the calibration and datalogging I just did using the older version of kmanager.

I went through and tried using my other laptop with the previous version of Kmanager and the calibration file (which started the motor and ran fine before ...

Yes it also says ignition on at the bottom. I also tried checking the resistance between the cables thinking maybe there is a voltage shortage of some sort going on causing it to hit the 4k rev limit and etc. but everything was correct as it was around .01 ohms.
