Thanks for the lack of help, but I fixed it on my own. Switched the AEM to output voltage in the range of 1-2 volts, and then made the proper adjustments in Kpro. It reads and datalogs fine now.

So why is the A/F flat-lining in K-Pro at 12.04 ? The AEM gauge itself displays the A/F fine on it's own display, all the way down to 10.0 A/F.

I guess I could stick a volt meter on the wire and see what voltage is being sent to the ELD pin when the A/F flatlines.

Here's my setup:

AEM UEGO Wideband with the white wire going to the ELD pin on the ECU.

Voltage offset is: -0.3

Voltage Calibration is:
0 volts = 10.0 A/F
5 volts = 20.0 A/F

I've been trying to figure out this problem for a while now. I've also noticed that Kpro rounds the TPS on mine as well. I wish someone would figure this out, cause now that I have Innovative Billet 75A's, the jerkiness is exxagerated drastically.

Hummm.....I've installed six AEM UEGO's and never had a single problem with a single one. I guess I've been lucky.

You still didn't answer my question about the stock wideband and how low it can read. I understand you say it's the most reliable, but if it only reads to 11.5, it makes it difficult ...

If you're planning to use an aftermarket wideband, I would HIGHLY recommend using the PLX.

Is there a reason why you recommend them?

Also, what about the factory o2 not reading below 11.5? I have never been able to datalog below 11.4 @ WOT, but a few other people have posted that they can read ...

If you go on ebay right now, you can find the Innovative and AEM widebands for $199 shipped. I'm not sure which one I want though. I've installed countless AEM UEGO's so I'll probably just stick with that one.

I've never been able to datalog mine at anything below 11.4 when tuning my nitrous. It just flatlines and stays at 11.4.

Nope, it can only read to 11.5. This was quoted directly from Hondata's description of K-PRO.

"The stock JDM and US O2 sensor is wide band and can read from 11.5:1 to 30:1 A/F ratios."

I'm looking at getting an Innovative Wideband because the factory o2 can't read below 11.5. That makes it very hard to tune my nitrous setup since I'm shooting for 11.5-11.7 A/F's.

Solutions are: Overrun cutoff, TPS adjustment, and possibly igniton/fuel adjustment in columns 2 and 3.

My car used to jerk when decelerating but now it is perfectly smooth after I making adjustments to the parameters ...
