I was just checking out AIM's website the other day.

I would love for this to be compatible with S300.

I hate have a million gauges on display in my car, one of these would fit nicely where the cluster is, and i could read everything i needed to know right from it!

Moved the M&W out into the engine bay, made sure to use shielded wire everywhere possible...

Can now datalog perfectly fine :D


So for us guys with aftermarket ignition boxes... just be sure to mount them far away from the ecu

Hope this helps/helped some people.

Ill try to throw this ecu into a buddys car and see if its datalogs to verify if the ecu is damaged.

as far as the ignition right now.. M&W pro 10 box. NGK blue plug wires & resistor plugs. MSD cap with external crane PS92 coil. stock oem GSR rotor.

it made 560whp at low boost. i don't think stock ignition will do much for us at full boost.

meh. ill figure it out.

I am having the same problem and we dyno in 2 days.. got to figure this out. i was running a non resistor plug, and changed to a resisitor still no datalog with engine running.

with engine off, can datalog
engine running wont datalog at all.

we were using a non resistor plug, but today switched to a iridium resistor plug. I was hoping this would fix the dataloging problem. It didnt.


Would the location of our ignition box be affecting dataloging??

Didnt get around to moving the ignition box yet, but did swap in iridium resistor plugs. No more CEL, drove the car around for about an hour with 0 issues.


Still can't datalog though. I made a seperate thread for that :(

While dyno tuning, sporadicly the CEL will come on. Try to check the faults and it has 0 faults stored. I tried checking fualts the old fashion way looping the check conector over by the ecu. Nothing. Continued tuning to 560whp no problems besides this CEL.

qhat plugs are you running now ? I see you tried resistor plugs and it didnt work out, was it the gap or heat range ? Or did u end up going back to non resistor ??

We made 560whp last weekend on non resistor ngk 8's
