everything works fine after uploading a new map
besides tach does not work. Smanager and apexi RSM indicates RPM but not the guage cluster.

and it seems like the cooling fan dont operate so thats the next step to check

i have just put a new engine into the car, pulled the hazard fuse and injector plugs to prime the oil system with out any problems.
but when i plugged everything back in to start up and leak check the connections i got a constant CEL when setting the key to position "2", shorted the service ...

so the risk is screwing up the map already in the ecu?

but if i find out what software version the tuner used at the time, i could install that on my computer and safely download it without any hassle?

im i the same situation as thread starter.
the problem is that the engine was tuned by the builder when it was not installed in the car.

so there is no way for me to connect my laptop to see the map and download it for safety? or even set the launch rpm etc.

there would be a callenge to ...

what function does the ELD really have? is it safe to disable it, and use the pin for WB signal?

yes it seems like A30 is the right pin

almost just what i was looking for. but i have a s300 with obd2b plug in the ecu and obd2a -> converison harness.
where can i find the ELD pin?

does anybody have a map i can start up my engine just for the 5 min for the firsth oil change before i can take the car to the dyno on a trailor.
