Now, i have recently found out that there is a shop that modifes the AEM EMS for the 06+ s2k. what they do is use the stock ECU for the DBW and idle control, and the EMS for the rest. You would litterally have to convert everything in the car to 00-05. This includes the cluster and all wiring in the car as well as pedals and such. So the answer is it cannot be done, sorry.
