Some clarifying information:
When I go into the Flashpro tab after turning ignition to on and plugging the flashpro in, the VIN does populate. However, the "Vehicle Model" and "Vehicle Family" fields both show as "Unknown."
And again, I have all four green checks in the bottom left of the screen ...
