i pluged in my p28 with my s200 and the s200 was blinking slowly so i figured it needed a new chip so i put a different chip in the ecu and turned the ignition to on and then got a solid cel plus the s200 was still blinking. so i tryed to check the cel by jumping the service connector and nothing ...
