I could only find that the transistor Q160 was dead. I could not find the other dead transistor.

I ended up buying another ECU...

Where is that located ? Is that on the K-Pro4 foil sticker ? If so it's 47763. Or do you mean the sticker on the E connector ?

So I replaced my relays in my Elise chassis from standard to polarized relays (I didn't think it would make a difference).
