My advice to anyone dealing with this issue is to reach out to Hondata support using the Send Feedback option in FlashPro Manager. The more visibility and data there is on this defect, the better.

I'm sharing my experience here because I'm having the same issue with the Dash app not connected via BT to the Flashpro Mini and crashing on the 2021 FK8 head unit. The difference for me is that I purchased the new unit from an Australian reseller in 2025, and it has never worked.
