when looking at the short term fuel trim what should i be looking for?

oh I forgot to add that the car wouldn't pull hard at times and that i'm still notcing that as well. When the car hasn't been driven it will pull hard but after driving on it for a little bit some times it just won't pull. Even after having it retuned.

Alright the injectors were checked and it reads:

Injector 1: 12.6ohm's
Injector 2: 12.6ohm's
Injector 3: 12.7ohm's
Injector 4: 12.5ohm's

So what's next?

I pulled off the plastic cover and saw the injectors. I tried stickin the volt meter every way i can think of to get a reading but i didn't get anything.
