Found the problem! The Kpro is reading the sensors fine. What I didn't know in reassembling the engine was one of the teeth on the cam sensor pick-up thing was broken off. That explains the jump in cam angle!

The calbration is for the stock K20a map. I forgot to mention that we changed out the cams, springs, and retainers for Type R valvetrain. Everything is fie mechanically speaking. K20A2 EP - crank but no start - cam angle issue?
Recently I swapped a K20A2 into my 2005 EP Si. Everything plugged up and seems to be fine with the engine. I have spark, fuel, and compression but the car only cranks and sometimes sputters.
