A new bosch 4.9 sensor fixed my issues, You can go ahead and close/delete the thread. I feel like an idiot lol. Its been a great learning experience though. I never knew closed loop could mask a wide band issue. Now I know.

So I switched to D10, and the AF was jumping back and forth from rich to lean. So I pulled the sensor out and did a free air calibration and the sensor failed. So this whole time I've been pulling my hair out, the sensor was on its way out. At least I'm hoping this is the issue.

You shouldn't use D14 as it cannot see the full voltage range. Use D10 instead as it reads the correct range.


Thanks for the reply, I am aware that D14 can only read roughly 3.7v, but with the AEM wideband, that's roughly 16.2:1. And I don't plan on being in that range, ever. I am willing to ...
