hi guys there is a way to tune this car with stock ecu ? or i need to replace p28 and take s300 hondata software ?

now i have stock 05 civic model its d16w1\d16v1..

in past i have ej1 b18c4 i see maps in s300 software , where can i find for 01-06 civic d16
