I have v1.3 of Hondata mobile app installed. How do I update to latest version without buying app again?

Android phone.

I can no longer connect to my Flashpro using Bluetooth. This worked previously.

I can still connect via cable on my laptop. I confirmed Bluetooth is still enabled.

I tried unplugging replugging Flashpro from ODB connector, more than once.

I don't even see Flashpro show up in list of Bluetooth ...
