Hello.
I bought used pnf kpro 3 and only red led is flashing when connected to laptop.
It also says that ign is off when key is turned on.
I have 2 other prb kpro 4 and car is working fine with those ecus.

Can i swap ...

Problem was in inertia/impact switch.

Now everything is working great.

There was some bug in that kmanager version 4. I installed version 3. something and its working normal.

If cam angle is locked then it should be in the same cam angle. Right?

It usually show low cam afrs but on high cam only 1 value on cam 20 and 1 value on cam 10.
Nothing in cam 40.
In last picture afr is green line in lowest box so its recorder normally to graph.

I changed swap wiring to k-tuned and engine is now euro spec k20z4 NA.
It still doing the same thing now and then (disconnect ecu from laptop). Usually 2-3 times when ill first time connect laptop to the ecu.
No problem after that on wot. It gave daughter board error 2 times on the dyno. Uploaded ...

Ok solved it. Just needed to drop down the cam angle thing and change it from 0 degrees to 10..20 etc. Then it showed data.

Its boosted now but did same thing when it was na.

We have this problem with vtec not engage on f20c w/kpro.

Solenoid is working and harness is good.

Ect sensor is not connected for some reason and kmanager is showing 51 celsius all the time.
I guess vtec not working because of ect sensor but want to confirm this.

That I do not know. You probably would be better off talking to a dealer that has more experince tuning ITBs. Unfortunately I have no firsthand experience tuning ITBs.
Ok. Unfortunately in Finland nobody knows how to tune itbs with kpro. :)

Have you tried calibrating the TPS in Parameters? Yes i have.
In parameters tps is reading now 6.4%-80.7%.
In display its 0-100%.

I put map sensor only into one runner now and get it to idle on 1000 rpm for maybe 5 minutes.
It idles pretty good but the map is jumping from 60-90kPa and so is afr ...

Do you have a vacuum accumulator? Yes i do.
4 hoses from each runner are connected into vacuum block. From the block, one hose goes
into brake booster and one 4" long hose is where the map sensor is.

I also tried another map but its still the same.
No matter what calibration i start with its not ...

So now i have kinsler itbs installed and still problems with tuning.
The tps is reading 8-80% not 0-100% like it was with manifold.
Is that a problem?

And car wont start with alpha n.
It will start with map but theres no sense with that cause it idles
at 80kpa.
