If you install the software and open a CARB calibration you see exactly what is available to be changed. You can also open a race calibration and compare it to the CARB calibration to see the differences.

In most cases the CARB tune and race tunes are identical except where we have to tune fuel for the peculiarities of the intake.

In theory if an intake is CARB approved then it does not alter the air flow readings and thus requires no tuning. In practice that is seldom the case.
