so here's what I did to fix it for now, or at least that's what I think:
- unplug the ECU fuse (15A) from under the hood, leave like that for some time (overnight for me) so that related capacitance charges drain out within the ECU and/or the s300 board, plug fuse back in. Upon connection to s300 ...

thanks, but I already figured it out.
for my map I've used a stock P28 map, and I've modified that one, in which the IATs are from -40F to 100F (don't know why)
Now I used as a base a D16supercharged map, in which the IATs go from -40 to 212 F, and I modified that one with my maps, so I guess that ...

I forgot to mention that this is a GReddy 15G turbo with FMIC, stock injectors and fuel pump, running on a D16Z6.
the wideband sensor is mounted at the end of the down pipe, and shows correct values within 0.1:1 A/F

those go from -40 deg F, to 100 deg F, and I can't change them ... ?!?!
I can change the temperature values in the middle, but I can't change the end values, so am I limited to use temperatures from -40 to 100 F only ?
the lower end (-40F) is fine, but the upper end (100F) is not ...
