I found the problem - well actually it's just the same thing I found in the first post. They were wrong about their own harness, go figure. I swapped the pins A7 and A20 and everything works.

I'm also getting no readings from the TPS. With the key on: 5v input is good, but when back-probing the TPS signal output and measuring across the signal ground I don't get the expected 0.45V, nor does it change when opening the throttle. I also tested this with a 2nd, brand new Acuity sensor ...

Hmm okay I can give that a shot. Thought it was strange that I could see RPMs in Hondata though. Maybe the error comes from seeing RPMs differently than the ECU expected?

p0335 crank sensor no signal
1987 BMW 325iS with KPower swap kit (I have reached out to them but haven't made much progress). Engine will start, but not idle. Have to use the throttle to keep it going. Have not calibrated TPS or anything. Error code P0335 after start up.
