So all the jumping is normal for 2000cc injectors? Does the logs look normal for my mods?

Have you figure this out by any chance? My logs kinda looks like yours. But mine is when the AC is on. Yours is by far a bit better than mine.

Can someone analyze this and explain what's happening? I have XDI 2000cc injectors, RV6 660 turbo, XDI pump, and DW in-tank fuel pump, FBO.
